Microsoft launched WonderWall – Wall of Entertainment News
Microsoft Corporation’s web portal MSN launched a Gossip site WonderWall.com on Thursday. This is a scrolling wall of Star Photos and news which gives readers the feel of flipping through a Celebrity Magazine.
MSN expects WonderWall will encourage users spend more time here than they do on other popular entertainment portals. Microsoft expects to introduce novel approaches to advertising through this portal. This is being launched in conjunction with Hollywood heavyweight TV producers Lioyd Braun and Gail Berman (Berman Braun).
The best part of WonderWall as per Rob Bennett, General Manager of network programming in MSN, is innovation. For instance, if a celebrity is wearing certain brand of sun glasses in a Photo, WonderWall visitors could click on the image to get the product info and buy the item. This is something similar to Cooliris 3D Wall.
This new site looks like a wall with Photos, Graphics, Videos and news on celebrities. It uses all the content on MSN and puts it in one place, the Wall.

I like the way Wonderwall looks, and it’s so much better than reading OK, haha. I totally like that each image will give you the product info that the celebrity is wearing — way to upsell!
